Roles & Responsibilities

- Make daily calls to existing and potential customers.
- Share product price lists and provide basic product information.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending orders and new requirements.
- Maintain and update customer databases and calling records.
- Generate orders based on customer requirements and coordinate for order processing.
- Maintain good customer relationships through regular communication.
- Follow up with customers to encourage repeat orders and ensure timely responses to queries.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Languages: Must be fluent in both Hindi and Bengali.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and customer data management is preferred.




- Ability to make regular calls, follow up with customers, and generate orders.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a proactive and communicative candidate who can handle daily customer calling, share price lists, manage customer data, follow up on orders, and support order generation while communicating effectively in both Hindi and Bengali.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
