Job Description & Duties

1. Inbound calls
Handle incoming calls from customers efficiently and professionally.
Provide accurate information about services .

2. Complaints & Escalation
Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.
Escalate critical issues to the appropriat team for prompt resolution.
Ensure all complaints are closed within the defined Turnaround Time.

3. SALARY
18,000 to 57,000 in hand + Attractive incentives

Malad, Andheri,Powai, Thane & Airoli

5.SHIFT

5days working & 2 days offs
