Drafting & Detailing: Prepare detailed 2D architectural drawings, including floor plans, sections, elevations, working drawings (WDs), and joinery details using AutoCAD.
- Education: Ongoing B.Arch degree (registered/eligible for COA registration) or Diploma in Architectural Assistantship / Civil Draughtsmanship.
- Software Proficiency:
- Mandatory: AutoCAD, SketchUp
- Preferred: Revit / BIM, Photoshop, Lumion, or V-Ray
- Strong understanding of architectural scales, line weights, dimensioning, and structural details.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- May be required to get your own laptop
