ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a agile and result-driven Closing Manager to manage end-to-end property sales closures, ensure smooth client coordination, complete documentation, and achieve business targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle end-to-end sales closing and client coordination.
- Negotiate pricing and finalize property deals.
- Coordinate site visits and client follow-ups.
- Prepare agreements and ensure complete documentation.
- Ensure legal and financial compliance during closures.
- Build strong client and channel partner relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely execution.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of real estate documentation and closing process.
- Client relationship management.
- CRM and MS Office proficiency.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
