The Role

We are hiring an Operations & Fulfilment Executive to manage the core of our day-to-day business: order dispatch, inventory, invoicing, enquiry handling and vendor coordination. You will be the link between our product and our customers, and the person who makes sure every order goes out accurately and on time.

The role carries real ownership, with scope to expand as we grow across marketplaces and quick-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Order Fulfilment

- Pick, pack and dispatch orders accurately
- Coordinate with courier partners on pickups, tracking and delivery issues
- Manage returns and replacements

Inventory Management

- Maintain accurate records of finished stock, packaging and raw materials
- Monitor stock levels, flag shortages early and plan reorders
- Conduct periodic stock audits

Invoicing and Documentation

- Prepare GST-compliant invoices and maintain order and dispatch records
- Keep documentation organised for accounts and compliance





Enquiries and Sales Support

- Monitor and respond promptly to enquiries on IndiaMART and other B2B and marketplace platforms
- Share product details, pricing and quotations, and follow up on leads
- Escalate bulk and wholesale opportunities to the founder with complete information

Vendor Coordination

- Liaise with packaging suppliers, roasters, couriers and other vendors on orders, timelines and quality
- Follow up to ensure materials arrive as scheduled
- Maintain explicit communication and strong working relationships with all vendors

Requirements

- 1 to 3 years of experience in operations, order processing, inventory, logistics or e-commerce (strong freshers may apply)
- Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets and basic invoicing; familiarity with GST invoicing preferred
- Clear written and spoken communication in English, plus a local language
- Strong attention to detail and a habit of verifying work
- Ability to prioritise and stay composed when managing multiple tasks
- Dependable, accountable and committed to following through

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
