Job Responsibilities

- Call customers regarding overdue loan payments.
- Follow up with customers for pending amounts and ensure timely collections.
- Explain outstanding dues, repayment options, and payment procedures.
- Maintain and update accurate payment and collection records.
- Handle customer queries and resolve payment-related concerns.
- Achieve assigned individual or team collection targets.
- Monitor collection performance and provide regular updates to management.

Requirements

- Minimum 10th pass; 12th pass or Graduate preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation,



and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and record-keeping abilities.
- Experience in loan collection, recovery, or telecalling preferred.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- For the With Team role, prior team-handling experience is preferred or required, depending on the position.
