Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Architectural Drawings & Design

- Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, layouts, and working drawings.
- Assist in developing architectural concepts for residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Update drawings based on feedback from senior architects, management, and clients.
- Prepare 2D drawings and 3D models, renders, and presentations as required.

2. Software & Documentation

- Work with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other relevant architectural software.
- Maintain updated architectural drawings, design files, and project documentation.
- Prepare area statements, floor-wise layouts, and basic quantity or measurement details as required.
- Ensure proper version control and maintain records of approved drawings.

3. Site Coordination & Execution

- Visit project sites to understand site conditions and verify measurements.
- Coordinate with civil engineers, site supervisors, contractors, and other consultants.
- Assist in resolving drawing-related issues identified during site execution.
- Report discrepancies between approved drawings and actual site conditions to the senior architect or project manager.

4. Planning & Compliance

- Assist in preparing layouts and drawings in accordance with project requirements and applicable building regulations.
- Support the preparation and revision of drawings required for approvals and statutory submissions.




- Coordinate with liaisoning teams and consultants for necessary drawings and documentation.
- Follow approved plans, specifications, and relevant building standards.

5. Material & Design Coordination

- Assist in selecting and documenting materials, finishes, fixtures, and other architectural elements.
- Coordinate with interior designers, structural consultants, MEP consultants, and vendors.
- Help prepare material schedules and design specifications.
- Suggest practical design improvements considering functionality, aesthetics, and cost.

6. Team Coordination & Reporting

- Work closely with the architecture, engineering, sales, and project execution teams.
- Complete assigned drawings and tasks within agreed timelines.
- Provide regular updates on work progress and pending activities.
- Incorporate feedback and maintain accuracy in all deliverables.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of architectural planning, building design, and construction drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, and rendering software is an advantage.
- Understanding of building materials, construction methods, and basic building regulations.
- Valuable communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Willingness to visit project sites when required.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
