Database Reliability Specialist:

Engineers' autonomous DB Management agents to optimize SQL/NoSQL parameters, disk-space rebalancing, connection pool clearing, and deadlock identification/resolution.

Data Analytics & Streaming Lead:

Builds autonomous Data Analytics agents to maintain Kafka/MQTT routing topologies and handle logging pipeline clogs in the ELK stream.

AI Safety & HITL Evaluation Lead:

Establishes evaluation safety gates, anti-hallucination guardrails, human-in-the-loop (HITL) escalation paths, and red-teams all 12 autonomous agent modules.

Must have skills

Database Reliability Specialist:

7+ yrs DB SRE/DBA, SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Azure SQL) & NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis, CosmosDB), health check scripts, index rebuilds, slow query isolation, disk auto-expansion, Python/Bash.

Data Analytics & Streaming Lead:

7+ yrs Data Infrastructure/Streaming/Telemetry, Kafka, MQTT, RabbitMQ, Logstash/Fluentd, auto-resolving broker partition lag, buffer overflows, ELK index pressure, Python/Go.





AI Safety & HITL Evaluation Lead:

6+ yrs AI QA/MLOps/Testing, LLM evaluation frameworks (RAGAS, LangSmith, DeepEval, TruLens), Python test automation (PyTest), REST API testing, prompt injection defenses.

Nice to have skills

Database Reliability Specialist:

Azure Database Administrator Associate / AWS Certified Database Specialist; experience constructing AI-driven DB diagnostic runbooks.

Data Analytics & Streaming Lead:

Confluent Certified Developer/Admin, Elastic Certified Engineer; exposure to high-throughput log engines (ClickHouse, OpenSearch).

AI Safety & HITL Evaluation Lead:

Frontend development skills (React/Vue) for human approval UI integration; ISTQB AI Testing Certification.

Experience: 6-10 years

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
