Job Summary

MIBO is seeking a dedicated, qualified, and registered pharmacist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and accurate dispensing of medications, maintaining pharmacy inventory, providing appropriate medication counselling, and ensuring compliance with applicable pharmacy regulations and healthcare standards.

We are looking for a responsible professional with good communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to patient safety and ethical pharmacy practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Dispense prescription medications accurately and safely in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Verify prescriptions and ensure the appropriate dispensing of medications as prescribed by authorized medical practitioners.
- Provide patients and caregivers with clear instructions regarding medication usage, dosage, storage, and precautions.
- Maintain accurate records of medication dispensing, stock movement, and pharmacy transactions.
- Monitor and manage pharmacy inventory, including stock availability, expiry dates, and storage conditions.
- Ensure the proper storage and handling of medicines in accordance with applicable standards.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals regarding medication-related queries.




- Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely procurement of medicines and other pharmacy supplies.
- Ensure compliance with applicable pharmacy laws, licensing requirements, and hospital policies.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and confidentiality within the pharmacy.
- Support the smooth functioning of pharmacy operations across assigned shifts.

Eligibility Criteria

- Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm), Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm), or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D).
- Valid registration with the Karnataka State Pharmacy Council.
- Knowledge of medication dispensing, pharmaceutical inventory management, and prescription handling.
- Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to patient safety.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the healthcare team.
- Willingness to work full-time in a hospital setting and undertake rotational shifts, including night shifts, as required.

Job Details

- Work Schedule: Day, morning, and night shifts, as per roster
- Overtime: Additional pay as applicable

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
