* Technical knowledge of skincare, haircare and personal care products is a must.
* Experience in sales, merchandising and client coordination.
* Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to identify business opportunities and drive sales growth.
* A proactive, result-oriented approach with a strong sense of ownership.
