Key Responsibilities

- Design, set up and optimise HubSpot CRM across the Marketing, Sales and Service Hubs
- Build and manage sales pipelines, deal stages, lifecycle stages and lead scoring
- Create workflows, automations and data rules that align marketing, sales and customer success
- Build dashboards and reports for revenue, pipeline and funnel performance
- Manage CRM data quality,



deduplication, migrations and integrations
- Understand client business processes and recommend RevOps best practices
- Work with client stakeholders and internal teams to deliver projects on time

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in RevOps / CRM operations, preferably on HubSpot
- Strong knowledge of HubSpot CRM, workflows, properties, pipelines and reporting
- Understanding of sales and marketing funnels and revenue metrics
- Experience with integrations (Salesforce, Zapier, Make or similar) is a plus
- HubSpot certifications are preferred
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to work directly with international clients

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
