- Inventory Management:
- Manage and oversee the storehouse of construction materials.
- Ensure that materials are stored properly and safely.
- Monitor stock levels and reorder materials as necessary, based on project requirements.
- Perform regular inventory audits and ensure accuracy of records.
- Maintain a proper tracking system for inventory and materials using software or spreadsheets.
- Material Receipt and Distribution:
- Receive and verify the quantity and quality of construction materials delivered to the store.
- Issue materials to workers as per project requirements and delivery schedules.
- Ensure that materials are distributed promptly to the construction site.
- Coordinate with procurement and project managers to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Record Keeping:
- Maintain proper records of material receipts, issuance, returns, and stock balances.
- Prepare material consumption reports and stock reports regularly.




- Ensure all documents are signed and kept for future reference or audits.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree , Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
- Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in materials management, inventory control, or a similar role in the construction industry.
- Skills:
- Robust knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and tools.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in inventory management software or spreadsheets (e.g., Excel).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to handle and supervise a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
