Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive Marketing Co-Ordinator to generate leads, manage customer relationships across B2B and B2C channels, support sales operations, and drive brand visibility through digital and social media. The ideal candidate is organised, creative, comfortable with CRM tools, and able to communicate with customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation: Identify, qualify, and follow up on recent B2B and B2C leads through calls, emails, social media, and online channels.
- Customer Handling & Follow-ups: Responding to enquiries promptly and following up on quotes, orders, and open issues until they are resolved.
- CRM Management & Sales Coordination: Maintain accurate customer and lead records, track interactions and deal stages, and coordinate with the sales team
- Customer Retention: Feedback collection, loyalty or repeat-purchase initiatives, and timely service follow-ups to keep existing customers engaged.
- Digital Marketing & Innovative Ideas:



Support digital campaigns, suggest creative promotional ideas, and help measure what works.
- Social Media Activities: Create, schedule, and manage social media content that supports business growth, and monitor engagement
- Offer Communication: Communicate product offers, schemes, and promotions clearly to customers in Hindi and English, adapting the message to each audience to improve response and conversion.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital marketing concepts
- Good follow-up discipline, organisation, and time management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills

- Experience with B2B sales or lead generation
- Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva or similar) for social media content
- Understanding of customer retention metrics and campaign reporting
