Required Skills:
- 0–5 years of experience in inbound/outbound calling, email support, or chat support.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Communication skills in Tamil will be an added advantage and may help with salary negotiation.
- Strong customer-handling skills over calls and emails.
- Valuable problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.
