Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai
We are hiring enthusiastic and target-driven sales professionals for an exciting opportunity in the premium travel and cruise industry.
Experience: 2–4 years
Qualification: Graduate
Salary: Up to 44k + attractive incentives (maximum 20% hike on current CTC)
Max Age: 40
Working Schedule:
- 5 days working
- 2 rotational week-offs
- Pure day shift
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and WhatsApp enquiries.
- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable cruise packages.
- Explain cruise itineraries, cabin categories, pricing, and onboard experiences.
- Convert leads into bookings and achieve sales targets.
- Upsell premium cabins, packages, and additional services.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain accurate CRM records.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Robust sales, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Experience in lead conversion, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Customer relationship management and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
