Role Description The Automotive Service Manager is responsible for overseeing daily service operations, ensuring efficient workflow in the workshop, and maintaining high standards of vehicle maintenance quality. This full time, on-site role is based in Pune and involves managing service advisors, technicians, and support staff to meet performance and customer satisfaction targets. Key responsibilities include scheduling and monitoring repairs, handling escalated customer concerns, coordinating with parts and sales departments, and ensuring compliance with manufacturer and safety guidelines. The Service Manager will track service metrics, prepare operational reports,



implement process improvements, and support continuous training and development of the service team.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Vehicle Maintenance and Automotive systems, with the ability to understand diagnostic reports and repair procedures.
- Candidates should possess skills related to Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, including managing feedback and resolving service-related issues effectively.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to coordinate with customers, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Relevant experience as a Service Manager, Workshop Manager, or similar leadership role in the automotive sector is highly beneficial.
- Diploma or degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, manage workloads, and work with service KPIs and performance targets.
- Working knowledge of service management software, basic MS Office tools, and standard safety and compliance practices in automotive workshops.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
