- Education: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Fitter, or equivalent. 10th/12th with relevant experience also considered
- Experience: 1+ years as Machine Operator in a manufacturing plant
- Technical Knowledge: Ability to read basic drawings, understand machine parameters, and use measuring tools
- Physical: Ability to stand for long hours, lift up to 20kg, and work in rotational shifts including night shifts
- Compliance: Knowledge of ISO 9001, 5S, Kaizen, and basic safety standards
