Key Responsibilities

Inbound and storage

- Supervise unloading, inspection and GRN of incoming goods against POs and invoices; flag shortages, damages and quality issues to sourcing and accounts the same day
- Plan storage layout and bin locations for fast-moving and slow-moving MRO, tools, machines and office-supply SKUs; enforce FIFO / FEFO and safe stacking

Inventory control

- Maintain stock accuracy in the ERP / inventory system; run daily cycle counts, monthly physical audits and reconcile variances
- Track reorder levels and coordinate with the purchase team to prevent stock-outs and reduce dead stock

Order fulfilment and dispatch

- Ensure timely picking, packing, labelling and dispatch of customer orders, with correct documentation (invoice, e-way bill, LR / courier AWB)
- Delivery and / or Coordinate with transporters and couriers, monitor delivery performance and handle returns, replacements and claims

Team and safety

- Allocate work, train and supervise warehouse staff, loaders and security; manage attendance, shifts and productivity
- Maintain housekeeping, 5S and safety standards; ensure safe handling of heavy equipment, pumps and machines





Reporting and improvement

- Prepare daily dispatch, stock and MIS reports for management; track KPIs such as order accuracy, on-time dispatch and inventory variance
- Identify and implement process improvements, cost savings and better use of warehouse space

Incentive Eligibility

- Eligible for quarterly incentive subject to individual & company performance

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Education:

- Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

- Warehouse: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

- Vehicle License - preferably 4 wheeler (Preferred)
