Somatheeram Ayurvedic Hospital & Yoga Centre, an internationally acclaimed Ayurveda hospital set in a resort ambiance, is seeking an organized, proactive, and guest-oriented Ayurveda Coordinator to oversee and coordinate daily Ayurvedic treatment operations and ensure a seamless wellness experience for guests. The role involves coordinating treatment schedules, facilitating communication between Ayurvedic doctors, therapists, and other departments, monitoring treatment delivery, addressing guest requirements, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring adherence to prescribed treatment plans and established operational standards while upholding the resort’s commitment to authentic Ayurvedic healthcare, personalized wellness, and service excellence.

Job Description

(a) Take care of all the therapist duty allocation, leaves & time slots

(b) Daily check of Guest treatment timings

(c) Allot therapist to guest without any delay

(d) Be always proactive

(e) Collect the guest feedback from therapist and convey to doctor

(f)



Handling of guest complaints

(g) Organising for Medical assistance and taking care of Unwell Guest

(h) Inter departmental co-ordination is needed

(i) To co-ordinate mainly with Front Office, Room service, F&B; Production and Reservation Department.

(j) Data-entry skills

(k) Good communication skill

Education Qualification: Graduation, Computer Course (MS Office)

Minimum Years of Experience: 3 to 4 Years

Salary ranges: Rs. 18,000/- to Rs. 20,000/-

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
