About the Role

Pixerfect Solutions LLP is looking for a motivated, confident, and enthusiastic Field Marketing Executive to promote our IT services, connect with potential clients, generate business leads, and support the company's business development activities through direct marketing and face-to-face meetings.

Freshers who are willing to learn, communicate with people, and build a career in IT sales and marketing are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit local businesses, offices, startups, and industries to introduce and promote our IT services.
- Generate leads for website development, mobile applications, AI/ML solutions, software development, and other IT services.
- Identify potential clients, business owners, and key decision-makers.
- Explain our services and understand clients' business requirements.
- Arrange meetings between potential clients and our internal technical or sales team.
- Build professional relationships with business owners, entrepreneurs, and other professionals.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain records of leads, visits, and meetings.
- Work toward assigned monthly lead-generation and client-acquisition targets.
- Share regular updates on field activities and lead progress with the management team.

We will provide the necessary training, resources, and guidance to help you perform your role effectively.

- Complete Training: Learn about our IT services, company profile, project portfolio, target industries,



and basic sales techniques.
- Lead Generation Guidance: Receive guidance on identifying potential clients, approaching businesses, and starting professional conversations.
- Contact Details & Business Connections: The company can provide available prospect contact details, relevant business connections, and other lead resources to support your outreach activities.
- Marketing Materials: Access company profiles, service brochures, portfolio links, presentations, and other available promotional materials.
- Sales Team Support: Get assistance from the internal team when explaining technical services, understanding client requirements, or preparing for client meetings.
- Client Meeting Assistance: The technical or sales team will support discussions requiring detailed project knowledge, estimates, or technical explanations.
- Regular Feedback: Receive guidance and performance reviews to improve communication, lead quality, follow-ups, and client conversion.
- Learning Opportunity: No advanced technical knowledge is required at the beginning. You will learn about our services and processes during training.

Eligibility Criteria

- Good communication in English, Gujarati, and Hindi, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in approaching and meeting new people.




- Willingness to learn about IT services and business development.
- Ability to travel locally for client visits.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in the field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with experience in field marketing, sales, telemarketing, or business development will be preferred.

Salary & Incentives

- Fixed Salary: ₹8,000–₹12,000 per month, depending on skills and suitability.
- Performance Incentives: Additional earnings based on the company's incentive policy and successful business development outcomes.
