About the Role

SRB Power India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and result oriented sales executive with experience in sales or business development. The Ideal candidate should possess strong comunication, negotiation and client relationship management skills, along with a technical background in engineering.

Experience in solar power or renewable energy industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and develop current business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
2. Generate Leads, connect with potential customers, and build long term client relationship.
3. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and techniical solutions.
4. Prepare quotations, sales proposals and commercial offers.
5. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to convert leads into sales.
6. Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, product availability, and timely delivery.

Maintain sales records and track leads and prepare regular sales reports.

9. Monitor trends, competitor activities and potential business opportunities.
10. Support business development activities and contribute to the company's overall growth.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Qualification: BTech is compulsory.
2. Experience: Prior experience of 1-3 years in Sales or Business Development.
3. Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to identify new business opportunities and achieve sales target.
5. Good understanding of customer handling and sales processes.
6. Candidates with experience in the solar or renewable energy sector will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
