Job Title: B2B Pre-Sales & Lead Generation Specialist – MedTech (Renalyx UK Launch)

Location: Delhi (On-site / Hybrid – Lords Mark Delhi Office)

Job Type: Full-time (3–6 Month Probation / Trainee to Permanent Conversion)

Role Overview:

We are hiring a results-driven B2B Pre-Sales & Lead Generation Specialist at our Delhi office. Your main objective is cold outreach, contact research, and warm lead qualification—converting list targets into confirmed introductory meetings for executive leadership in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

Account & Stakeholder Mapping: Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and medical directories to identify target Consultant Nephrologists, Clinical Directors, and Lead Renal Nurses at UK private hospitals.

Multi-Channel Outbound Prospecting: Execute personalized outreach via LinkedIn and email using pre-approved message sequences and official Renalyx media collateral.

Lead Qualification & Appointment Setting: Engage decision-makers, handle basic objection responses regarding open-system compatibility, and book confirmed 15-minute introductory video calls for the UK CEO.

NHS Framework & Pipeline Tracking:



Maintain a structured CRM log of all prospect interactions and track UK NHS tender/framework publishing schedules in the background.

Qualifications & Requirements:

1–3 years experience in B2B lead generation, appointment setting, inside sales, or international sales development (UK/US market experience preferred).

Fluent written and spoken English with a professional, polished communication style.

Robust proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach tools, and CRM systems.

High persistence, phone/messaging confidence, and ability to hit weekly qualified meeting metrics.

Based in or able to commute to the Delhi office location.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹44,000.00 per month
