Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Supervisor to manage daily store operations, inventory control, and material handling in our garment manufacturing unit.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage inventory of fabrics, trims, accessories, and finished garments.
- Monitor material receipts, issuance, storage, and stock movement.
- Maintain accurate stock registers, GRNs, issue slips, and inventory reports.
- Ensure physical stock verification and regular stock reconciliation.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, and Merchandising departments for timely material availability.
- Prevent stock discrepancies, material wastage, and loss.
- Maintain proper storage, labelling, and housekeeping in the store.
- Prepare daily and monthly stock reports.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a garment, textile, or apparel manufacturing company.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and store operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management systems.
- Good coordination, communication, and record-keeping skills.

Preferred Candidate: Candidates with prior experience handling fabric, trims, accessories, and garment production materials will be preferred.
