Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and technically inclined Technical Support Engineer to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates who are interested in troubleshooting technical issues, supporting end users, and developing their skills in IT support, networking, cloud technologies, and Microsoft solutions.

The selected candidate will receive guidance and training to diagnose technical problems, resolve user queries, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, operating system, and connectivity issues.
- Troubleshoot Windows operating system, desktop, laptop, printer, and basic network-related problems.
- Assist users with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, and related services.
- Support basic installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and applications.
- Diagnose internet connectivity, Wi-Fi, LAN, and other basic networking issues.
- Assist with user account creation, password resets, access permissions, and basic IT administration.
- Record, track, and update support tickets, ensuring timely resolution of reported issues.




- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate team and follow up until resolution.
- Maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting steps, and support records.
- Follow IT security guidelines and help users adopt safe computing practices.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and Windows operating systems.
- Understanding of fundamental networking concepts, such as IP addresses, DNS, DHCP, LAN, and Wi-Fi.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and Microsoft 365 is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of troubleshooting methods and problem-solving.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and work collaboratively with the team.
- Strong customer-service orientation, patience, and attention to detail.

Educational Qualification

- B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related discipline.
- B.Sc. Computer Science, BCA, or equivalent IT-related qualifications may also be considered.
- Freshers and candidates with up to one year of relevant experience are welcome.

Preferred Qualifications

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 administration, or IT support tools.
- Familiarity with remote desktop tools and ticketing systems.
- Microsoft fundamentals certifications, such as AZ-900 or MS-900, are an added advantage but not mandatory.
