We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting, good communication skills, and practical knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel. The candidate should be comfortable working independently and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities
- Record daily financial transactions and enter bills, invoices, and expenses into QuickBooks Online.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and organise financial documents.
- Handle basic accounts payable and accounts receivable entries.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and verify financial transactions.
- Use Microsoft Excel to maintain, organise, and analyse accounting data.
- Review entries for accuracy and clarify any discrepancies when required.
- Coordinate with the team to complete accounting tasks on time.
Requirements
- Graduate in Commerce,
Accounting, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Practical knowledge of QuickBooks Online.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a remote working environment.
