We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Barista to join our team. As the face of our café, you will craft high-quality coffee and beverages while creating a warm, welcoming environment for every customer.

Key Responsibilities

- Beverage Preparation: Expertly prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other specialty drinks in accordance with recipe and presentation standards.
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, make menu recommendations, and handle payments smoothly.
- Quality Control: Maintain high standards for coffee extraction, milk texturing, and overall drink consistency.
- Cleanliness & Maintenance: Keep the bar area, espresso machines, grinders, and seating space clean, sanitized, and fully stocked throughout the shift.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels for coffee beans, dairy/plant-based milks, syrups, and cups, reporting shortages to management.

Requirements & Skills

- Experience:



Prior experience as a barista or working in a fast-paced café setting is preferred (though training can be provided for enthusiastic beginners).
- Knowledge: Familiarity with espresso machine operation, grinding techniques, and basic latte art is a strong plus.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly, upbeat, and approachable attitude.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, work in a fast-paced setting, and lift up to 10 kg.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
