Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and dependable Multi-Technician to handle the day-to-day maintenance and repair requirements of an apartment/residential property. The technician will be responsible for maintaining apartments, common areas, building equipment, and basic MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) systems.

The ideal candidate should be hands-on, safety-conscious, and capable of independently diagnosing and resolving a variety of maintenance issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out routine and preventive maintenance of apartments and common areas.
- Attend and resolve maintenance complaints from residents promptly and professionally.
- Perform basic electrical works, including switches, sockets, lights, breakers, wiring, and minor troubleshooting.
- Perform plumbing works, including leaking taps, toilets, pipes, drainage, water heaters, and sanitary fixtures.
- Handle basic carpentry and furniture repairs, including doors, locks, hinges, cabinets, and fittings.
- Carry out basic painting, patching,



tiling, and general repair works as required.
- Inspect and maintain air-conditioning units and coordinate with specialist HVAC technicians when required.
- Check pumps, water tanks, valves, and other building equipment.
- Assist with preventive maintenance of generators, elevators, fire systems, and other facility equipment.
- Identify potential maintenance problems and report them to the supervisor.
- Maintain proper records of maintenance work, materials used, and completed jobs.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored.
- Follow all property safety procedures and maintain a clean and protected working environment.
- Respond to urgent maintenance/emergency calls when required.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
