About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Creative Video Editor with 1–2 years of experience in video editing, motion graphics, and visual storytelling. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of creativity, understand social media trends, and be able to transform ideas and raw footage into engaging video content.

The candidate should also have basic graphic design skills to support the creation of social media creatives, promotional videos, advertisements, and other digital marketing content.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit engaging videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Create promotional videos, brand videos, advertisements, and marketing content.
- Add transitions, animations, motion graphics, sound effects, and background music to enhance video quality.
- Develop creative concepts and visual storytelling approaches for video content.
- Create AI-assisted video content using relevant AI tools when required.
- Design basic graphics, thumbnails, titles, and other visual assets for digital platforms.
- Ensure consistent branding, visual quality, and storytelling across all video content.
- Optimise videos for different social media platforms, formats, and aspect ratios.




- Collaborate with the design, content, and digital marketing teams to understand project requirements.
- Stay updated with video editing techniques, social media trends, and emerging creative tools.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 1–2 years of professional experience in video editing and content creation.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Filmora, CapCut, or similar editing software.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
- Understanding of motion graphics, transitions, colour correction, audio synchronisation, and pacing.
- Ability to create engaging short-form videos and promotional content.
- Familiarity with social media formats, trends, and platform-specific content requirements.
- Knowledge of AI video generation and editing tools is an added advantage.
- Strong creative thinking, visual storytelling, and attention to detail.
- Good time management skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- A portfolio showcasing previous video editing and creative projects is preferred.
