JOB DESCRIPTION:

A. Billing

- Review, verify, and certify Running Account (RA) bills, final bills, and other contractor bills.
- Check quantities claimed by contractors against actual site measurements, approved drawings, BOQ, and contractual terms.
- Ensure that all measurements are properly recorded and supported by Measurement Books (MBs) and relevant documentation.
- Verify item-wise quantities, rates, deviations, extra items, and variations before bill certification.
- Ensure timely submission, scrutiny, approval, and processing of contractor bills.
- B. Measurement and BOQ Management
- Supervise all civil, structural, finishing, MEP, and other construction-related measurements, as applicable.
- Prepare, verify, and maintain detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
- Conduct joint measurements with contractors, consultants, and site engineers.
- Verify quantities from approved Positive for Construction (GFC) drawings and compare them with executed work.
- Identify discrepancies in measurements and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of executed quantities, balance quantities, and pending works.




- C. Contractor and Vendor Management
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project teams regarding billing and measurement matters.Review contractor claims, extra-item claims, deviation statements, and rate-analysis submissions.
- D. Cost Control and Reconciliation
- Monitor project costs against the approved budget and BOQ.
- Prepare quantity reconciliation statements for cement, steel, concrete, bricks, tiles, and other major construction materials, wherever applicable.
- Identify excess consumption, quantity variations, cost overruns, and potential financial risks.
- Prepare cost-to-complete statements and forecast expenditure for the balance of construction work.
- Track extra items, non-BOQ items, deviations, and changes in scope.
- Support the management in maintaining cost efficiency and preventing unnecessary expenditure.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
