We are looking for a skilled, compassionate, and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing quality patient care, assisting doctors during medical procedures, administering medications, monitoring patients' health conditions, and maintaining accurate nursing records in accordance with hospital policies and clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients according to their medical needs.
- Monitor vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, respiratory rate, and oxygen saturation.
- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed by the treating physician.
- Assist doctors during examinations, medical procedures,



and emergency interventions.
- Maintain accurate patient records, nursing notes, medication charts, and treatment documentation.
- Identify changes in patients' clinical conditions and promptly report them to the treating doctor.
- Follow infection prevention, biomedical waste management, and patient safety protocols.
- Ensure proper handover of patient information during shift changes.
