Key Responsibilities

- Plan and develop international tour packages, including itineraries, hotels, transfers and sightseeing activities.
- Coordinate with international tour operators, Destination Management Companies (DMCs), hotels and transport providers.
- Request quotations, negotiate supplier rates and prepare package cost sheets.
- Manage hotel reservations, room allocations, airport transfers and activity bookings.
- Prepare detailed itineraries, travel vouchers, booking confirmations and tour documents.
- Research destinations, travel trends and new experiences to develop attractive holiday packages.
- Coordinate all operational arrangements for group departures and customised tours.




- Maintain supplier relationships and ensure bookings are confirmed on time.
- Support the sales and marketing team with package details, pricing and customer enquiries.
- Resolve booking issues and last-minute changes efficiently.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
