We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Handwriting Trainer who can also teach communication skills. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication abilities, a positive attitude, and the ability to train students effectively. Candidates should be confident in teaching handwriting techniques while helping students improve their spoken communication, vocabulary, pronunciation, and interpersonal skills.

Job Title: Handwriting Trainer & Communication Skills Trainer

Location: Marthandam, Nallur, Tamil Nadu

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

- Train students in handwriting techniques, letter formation, neatness, spacing, and writing speed.
- Teach and improve students' communication skills, including spoken English, vocabulary, pronunciation, and sentence formation.
- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions.
- Help students develop confidence in speaking and expressing their thoughts clearly.




- Prepare lesson plans and training materials according to students' learning levels.
- Monitor students' progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain a positive, supportive, and disciplined learning environment.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues whenever required.

Requirements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust command of spoken English and the ability to communicate clearly.
- Good handwriting skills and knowledge of handwriting improvement techniques.
- Passion for teaching and training students.
- Patience, confidence, and a positive attitude.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in teaching may also apply.
- Previous teaching or training experience will be an added advantage.
