We are looking for a creative and client-focused Interior Designer with a minimum of 3 years of experience and strong knowledge of modular interiors, interior design principles, and material specifications. The ideal candidate should be proficient in client handling, space planning, 3D visualisation, and quotation preparation, with the ability to translate client requirements into functional, aesthetically appealing, and budget-conscious design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

* Interior Design & Space Planning: Develop creative and functional design concepts, ensuring effective space utilisation and a balance between aesthetics and functionality.

* Modular Interiors: Demonstrate strong knowledge of modular kitchens, wardrobes, storage solutions, and modular furniture design.

* False Ceiling & Wall Treatments: Have a sound understanding of false ceiling designs, wall panelling, decorative finishes, and feature walls.

* Lighting Design: Plan appropriate lighting layouts, including ambient, task, and accent lighting, in line with the overall design concept.

* Paints & Textures: Understand different paint finishes, texture paints, decorative wall finishes, and material combinations.

* Client Handling: Interact with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, budgets, and expectations, and translate them into suitable design solutions.

* Design Presentations: Prepare professional presentations incorporating space planning, mood boards, colour palettes, material selections, lighting concepts, and furniture layouts.

* 3D Visualisation: Create detailed 3D designs and realistic renderings to help clients visualise proposed interior spaces.

* Quotation & Estimation: Prepare accurate quotations and cost estimates based on project requirements, material specifications, and scope of work.





* Client Onboarding & Satisfaction: Manage initial client interactions, establish clear expectations, incorporate feedback, and ensure a smooth design experience throughout the project.

* Design Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and execution teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project requirements.

* Documentation: Maintain design drawings, material specifications, quotations, and client approvals.

Required Qualifications & Skills

* Minimum 3 years of experience in interior design, with strong knowledge of modular interiors.

* B.Sc. in Interior Design, Architecture, or an equivalent qualification.

* Proficiency in SketchUp, Enscape, and AutoCAD.

* Strong understanding of interior design principles, space planning, materials, finishes, and modular furniture.

* Working knowledge of false ceilings, wall panelling, lighting layouts, texture paints, and decorative wall finishes.

* Experience in client handling, requirement gathering, and design presentations.

* Ability to prepare quotations, cost estimates, mood boards, and 3D visualisations.

* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

* Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a client-centric approach.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
