Job Title – Business Development Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Development Manager to generate current business opportunities, acquire clients, build strong relationships, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities for IT services and software solutions.
- Identify B2B clients through LinkedIn, email, Upwork, and referrals.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client requirements.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and SOWs.
- Follow up with prospects and manage the sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Coordinate with technical and project teams to propose suitable solutions.
- Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and revenue forecasts.
- Conduct online meetings with domestic and international clients.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

Requirements





- 2 + years of experience in IT Sales or Business Development.
- Proven experience selling IT services, SaaS, CRM, ERP, or software solutions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Experience with international clients is preferred.
- Good knowledge of CRM, B2B sales, and sales pipeline management.
- Experience with LinkedIn, Upwork, email outreach, or cold calling.
- Strong client relationship, proposal, and follow-up skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and focused on revenue growth.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
