Compensation: Fixed salary plus performance incentives
Rehomed Appliances sells branded home appliances through its factory outlet and online channels. We are looking for a Sales Associate who can turn enquiries into sales and create marketing content that brings in new customers.
Responsibilities
Respond to enquiries from WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Google, phone calls and customers visiting the shop.
Share product details, photos, videos, prices, condition and warranty information accurately.
Record every lead, follow up regularly and track whether it becomes a sale.
Take clear product photos and videos; create straightforward posters, offers, WhatsApp Status updates and social media posts.
Help plan and shoot short product reels, and coordinate editing and publishing.
Keep online product listings and the WhatsApp catalogue up to date.
Build leads through local contacts,
referrals and customer reviews.
Coordinate stock availability, delivery and installation with the Rehomed team.
Report daily enquiries, follow-ups, content posted and sales.
What we’re looking for
Strong Tamil communication and confidence with customers online, by phone and in person.
Comfortable using a smartphone, WhatsApp Business, Instagram and basic computer tools.
Able to create simple designs in Canva and shoot clear product videos.
Organised follow-up habits and a willingness to learn appliance features.
Sales or social media experience preferred. Capable freshers may apply.
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
