- Clean and tidy guest rooms according to established standards, including making beds, changing linens, and cleaning bathrooms.
- Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and dust all surfaces.
- Ensure that amenities and supplies are replenished.
- Attention to Detail: Pay close attention to detail to ensure that no area is overlooked during room cleaning.
- Guest Services Report any lost and found items to the supervisor.
- Room Cleaning: Make beds, change dirty linens and terry, clean bathrooms, and remove trash or room service items.
- Floor Upkeep: Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop hallways, dust furniture, polish mirrors/fixtures, and remove marks from walls.
- Safety & Reporting: Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost-and-found items to the floor supervisor
