We are looking for a well-experienced and professional Restaurant Captain to join our team at our upcoming resort.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Captain / Senior F&B; Service professional in a reputed hotel, resort or restaurant.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and guest-handling skills.
- Solid knowledge of food, menu items and restaurant service.
- Ability to confidently explain dishes, take orders and recommend food to guests.
- Excellent guest-handling skills with the ability to manage guest complaints, feedback and reviews professionally.
- Well-disciplined, responsible and presentable.
- Ability to lead and coordinate the restaurant service team effectively.
- Robust knowledge of restaurant SOPs, service standards and hygiene.
- Must be guest-focused, confident and hands-on.
