EHV Engineers runs its own transformer oil filtration and vacuum plant for power and inverter-duty transformers at substation and battery storage sites across Rajasthan. We need 3 experienced filter machine operators for our project sites at Phalodi, Gajner and Fatehgarh (head office Bikaner). Food and accommodation are provided at site.
Responsibilities:
- Operate the transformer oil filtration and vacuum plant
- Vacuum oil filling, hot-oil circulation and drying of power and inverter-duty transformers
- Monitor temperature and vacuum levels, take oil samples and keep log sheets
- Make leak-free hose and valve connections to the transformer
- Routine maintenance of the plant: filters, heaters and vacuum pump oil
- Handle oil safely,
with spill and fire precautions
- Travel with the plant between project sites
Requirements:
- 5 years operating oil filtration and vacuum machines on power transformers
- Understanding of oil BDV, moisture and vacuum levels
- ITI, or 10th/12th pass with the required experience
- Willing to travel and stay at project sites in western Rajasthan
