**Job Summary**

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic **General Manager – Factory Operations** to oversee end-to-end factory management. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in handling large-scale production, workforce management, and operational efficiency, preferably in the **paint industry or allied manufacturing sectors**.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Oversee complete factory operations including **production, manpower, and daily activities**
* Manage a workforce of **150–200 labourers** efficiently
* Ensure smooth functioning of **production processes** and meet output targets
* Monitor and improve **productivity, quality, and cost control**
* Handle **factory reporting** (daily, weekly, monthly performance reports)
* Ensure compliance with **safety standards, labour laws, and company policies**
* Manage **inventory, raw materials, and factory requirements**
* Implement and monitor **systems,



processes, and software usage**
* Coordinate with management for **strategic planning and execution**
* Troubleshoot operational issues and ensure minimal downtime

**Requirements**

* Minimum **10 years of experience** in factory/unit management
* Experience in **paint industry or similar manufacturing industry** preferred
* Strong leadership skills with experience in handling large teams
* Valuable knowledge of **production planning, labour management, and factory operations**
* Familiarity with **ERP systems / factory management software**
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
* Good communication and reporting skills

**Preferred Candidate Profile**

* Candidates residing in or near **Thane / Bhiwandi / Kalyan**
* Hands-on experience in **labour-intensive production environments**
* Ability to manage both **operational and administrative functions**
