Job Summary

The role is responsible for delivering Data Warehouse (DWH) solutions using ETL technologies such as Informatica (IICS/IDMC), Databricks, Spark, PostgreSQL, and Oracle. The role requires strong expertise in ETL development, data warehousing, performance optimization, production support, and solution architecture, while also driving automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

ETL Development: Informatica (IICS/IDMC), Databricks
Database Technologies: PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server, DB2 UDB
Big Data & Querying: Spark SQLProgramming & Scripting: Python, UNIXData Engineering: Data Warehousing, Data Modeling

Database & Query Development

- Develop and optimize SQL, PL/SQL, Spark SQL, Hive, and Presto queries.
- Create and maintain procedures, functions, triggers, constraints, and cursors.
- Perform query tuning and ETL performance optimization.

Data Warehousing & Architecture





- Interpret and work with conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
- Design robust ETL architectures focused on data quality, performance, and error handling.
- Support current-state (""As-Is"") architecture and contribute to future-state (""To-Be"") architecture design.
- Evaluate new technologies and conduct proof-of-concepts (POCs).

SDLC & Agile Delivery

- Execute all SDLC phases including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Follow SAFe Agile methodology and Guardian development standards.
- Participate in release planning, deployment, migration, and post-production support.
