Senior E-Commerce & Amazon Marketplace Manager

Location: Surat, Gujarat (100% On-Site)

Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹50,000 per month, plus performance bonuses

This role is strictly 100% on-site at our office in Surat. There is no remote, hybrid or work from home option. We are only considering candidates who currently live in Surat. Applications from outside Surat will not be considered.

ABOUT US

We are a Surat based family of jewellers, making jewellery since 1997. Today our group works across fine and bridal jewellery, diamond and lab-grown diamond jewellery and sterling silver, covering manufacturing, exports and retail, with our own B2C showroom here in Surat.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a senior marketplace manager to own and grow our Amazon business, across Amazon India and our international Amazon marketplaces in the US, UK and UAE. This is a hands-on role with full ownership. Listings, advertising, performance and growth all sit with you.

The role also goes beyond the screen. A key part of it is connecting the demand we build online with real customers walking into our Surat showroom, so that our marketplace presence and our local retail sales grow together.

We want someone who thinks like a seller, not just an operator. Someone who enjoys owning the numbers, is comfortable being measured on sales and advertising efficiency, and is motivated by performance-linked rewards on top of a fixed salary.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Amazon marketplace growth

- Own our Amazon India and Amazon Global (US, UK, UAE) seller accounts end to end, including setup or restructuring wherever needed

- Plan and drive sales growth on each marketplace against clear monthly targets

- Manage catalogue, inventory planning, pricing, account health and policy compliance

Listing optimisation and A+ content

- Write and optimise listings: titles, bullet points,



descriptions and backend search terms

- Build and manage A+ Content and Brand Store pages

- Brief our design team on product images, infographics and videos for every listing

- Run keyword research and track competitors on each marketplace

Amazon advertising (PPC)

- Plan, launch and manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display campaigns

- Own advertising budgets and optimise for ACoS, ROAS and TACoS

- Handle search term analysis, bid management, negative keywords and campaign restructuring

Omnichannel and showroom footfall

- Use our marketplace presence to bring local customers into our Surat B2C showroom

- Work with the marketing team on offers, local campaigns and in-store tie-ins that connect online discovery with in-person buying

- Track and report how online activity turns into showroom visits and sales

Reporting and coordination

- Share weekly and monthly reports with management on sales, ad spend, ROAS, TACoS and growth

- Coordinate with the design, production, dispatch and marketing teams

QUALIFICATIONS

- Proven track record of scaling brands on Amazon India

- Hands-on experience managing Amazon Global / International seller accounts (US, UK and/or UAE)

- Strong hands-on Amazon PPC experience across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display

- Proven experience in listing optimisation and A+ Content

- Clear understanding of TACoS, ROAS and ACoS, and how to improve them

- Comfortable working with data: Seller Central reports, Advertising Console, Excel or Google Sheets





- Currently living in Surat and able to work full-time from our Surat office

Good to have

- Experience selling jewellery, diamonds, fashion or other premium categories on Amazon

- Knowledge of Brand Registry, Amazon Global Selling, FBA and cross-border shipping

- Experience with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout or similar

- Experience on other marketplaces such as Flipkart, Myntra, Noon or Etsy
