We are looking for a Team Lead - Sales (DSA) for JP Nagar, Bangalore Location.

Eligibility:
- Positive CIBIL score 720+
- At least 1 year of experience in team handling

Communication:
- Strong spoken communication in English, Hindi and the local languages (Kannada or Telugu)

Domain knowledge:
- Understanding of payday and short-term personal loans
- Knowledge of the lead-to-disbursal funnel

Skills:
- MIS reporting in Excel or Google Sheets
- Setting daily, weekly and monthly targets and tracking them
- Coaching agents through call listening, feedback and role-play
- Motivating the team and handling attrition

Must Have - Work experience in pay day lending products.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
