About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Delegate Sales & Awards Nomination Executive to drive delegate registrations, corporate participation, and award nominations for our conferences, summits, and industry awards.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and convincing skills, be comfortable with outbound calling and business conversations, and have the ability to build relationships with senior professionals, organizations, and industry stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and connect with potential delegates, organizations, and industry professionals for conferences, summits, and events.

- Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, databases, and other channels.
- Pitch event value propositions, agendas, speakers, networking opportunities, and participation benefits.
- Convert prospects into paid delegates and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up consistently with prospective delegates to drive registrations and closures.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and update lead status regularly.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate decision-makers and key industry professionals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth delegate registration and onboarding process.

Awards Nomination

- Identify and approach relevant organizations, professionals, brands, and industry leaders for award nominations.
- Explain award categories, eligibility criteria, nomination process, and participation benefits to prospective nominees.
- Generate nominations through outbound calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other business development channels.
- Follow up with potential nominees and convert leads into confirmed nominations.
- Maintain accurate records of nominations, follow-ups, payments,



and documentation.
- Coordinate with the awards and operations teams for nomination submissions and related requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with nominees and participating organizations.

- Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a sales-driven environment.
- Good cold-calling and lead-conversion skills.
- Ability to engage with mid-to-senior-level professionals.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Good understanding of B2B sales and business development.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the team.

Preferred Background

- Experience in delegate sales, event sales, conference sales, awards sales, sponsorship sales, inside sales, or B2B sales will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience in events, media, conferences, exhibitions, awards, or qualified networking platforms will have an added advantage.

- Monthly delegate registration targets.
- Number of qualified leads generated.
- Delegate conversion and closure rate.

- Revenue generated from delegates and nominations.
