We are looking for a confident, friendly, and customer-focused Telecaller to join our Marketing Team at Suntec Energy System.

The primary responsibility of this role is to connect with existing clients and collect their feedback about our products and services.

Key Responsibilities :

* Make outbound calls to existing clients to collect feedback.

* Ask clients about their experience with our products and services.

* Record client feedback accurately in the company’s prescribed format.

* Maintain proper records of calls and feedback responses.

* Communicate politely and professionally with clients.

* Share collected feedback with the Marketing Team.

* Ensure a positive customer experience during every interaction.

✅ Requirements :

* Must be fluent in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.





* Valuable communication and telephone etiquette.

* Friendly, patient, and confident personality.

* Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and data entry.

* Ability to listen carefully and record customer feedback accurately.

* Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

* A customer-friendly attitude and willingness to learn.

Working Hours & Schedule

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Working Days: 6 days a week

Weekly Off: Every 3rd Saturday off

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
