WE’RE HIRING — BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Thakkol Design Studio is looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Executive to identify new opportunities and grow our construction, renovation, and interior design business.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify potential clients for residential construction, renovation, and interior projects.
- Generate leads through calls, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Understand client requirements and explain our services.
- Schedule client meetings and coordinate with the design and project teams.
- Support proposal preparation, quotation follow-ups, and deal closure.
- Maintain accurate lead records and regular follow-ups.
- Build strong client relationships and work towards sales targets.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing,



or a related field.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- A proactive approach to prospecting and client follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to attend client meetings and visit project sites.
- Experience in construction, real estate, or interior design sales is an advantage.

Experience: 0–2 years. Freshers with solid communication skills are welcome.
