A hospital in Vijayawada is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager with 5 to 10 years of relevant experience to oversee facility maintenance and engineering operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliable functioning of hospital infrastructure, essential utilities, and maintenance services while supporting a protected and efficient healthcare environment.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in maintenance and facility management, preferably in a hospital or healthcare facility.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, generators, lifts, and other essential utilities.
- Experience in preventive maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, and facility operations.
- Familiarity with hospital safety standards, fire safety procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to supervise maintenance teams and coordinate with external service providers.

Responsibilities





- Manage daily maintenance and engineering operations across the hospital.
- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
- Ensure the proper functioning of electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, generators, lifts, and other essential utilities.
- Supervise maintenance staff, allocate duties, and monitor work quality.
- Coordinate repairs, equipment servicing, and facility maintenance with authorized vendors.
- Respond promptly to breakdowns, utility disruptions, and maintenance-related emergencies.
- Monitor maintenance budgets, spare parts, tools, and inventory requirements.
- Maintain records of inspections, repairs, equipment servicing, and maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety standards, hospital policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with hospital administration and other departments to minimize operational disruptions.
- Support emergency preparedness and continuity of essential hospital services.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
