ROLE DESCRIPTION

This is a full-time, on-site role at our Chandigarh office, Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. You will report to the Founder and Creative Director.

Our clients range from agri-input and FMCG brands to manufacturers and financial services firms. The Graphic Designer turns briefs into finished, on-brand creative across that range.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

Design social media posts, carousels and ad creatives for client brands

Create festival and campaign creatives





Design print collateral such as brochures, catalogues and packaging

Follow each client’s brand guidelines and keep work consistent

Make revisions on feedback within agreed timelines

MUST-HAVES

Minimum two years of professional graphic design experience, with a portfolio of live, published work

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

Working proficiency in InDesign or an equivalent layout tool

Portfolio showing social media creatives and print work

Hands-on experience with AI image generation tools

Ability to handle multiple brands at once and deliver against deadlines

Based in Chandigarh Tricity or able to commute daily; this is an on-site role at our Chandigarh office

NICE-TO-HAVES

Prior experience at a marketing, advertising or branding agency

Experience designing for agri, FMCG, manufacturing or B2B brands

Basic motion graphics or video editing in After Effects or Premiere Pro

Working knowledge of Figma for social templates or web layouts
