Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure the smooth functioning of IT systems across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L1/L2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT devices.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and network connectivity issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and applications.
- Manage Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, email, and user account-related issues.
- Support Active Directory, password resets, and user access management.
- Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and basic networking issues.
- Configure and maintain printers, scanners, and other peripherals.




- Maintain IT asset records and document technical issues and resolutions.
- Ensure timely resolution of technical support tickets and provide end-user assistance.

Required Skills

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Desktop Support / IT Support.
- Strong knowledge of desktop and laptop hardware troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with Windows OS, MS Office 365, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of Active Directory and user account management.
- Basic understanding of LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, TCP/IP, and DNS.
- Positive troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with ticketing tools and IT service management processes.
- Knowledge of IT asset management and remote support tools.
- Experience supporting enterprise IT environments.
