The Camp Boss is responsible for the day-to-day management and maintenance of the company’s labour camp and staff accommodation facilities. The role involves ensuring proper accommodation, cleanliness, food arrangements, discipline, safety, and overall welfare of workers and staff residing at the camp.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage the daily operations and maintenance of labour camps and staff accommodation.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation across all camp premises.
- Monitor food quality, meal timings, drinking water availability, and kitchen hygiene.
- Maintain records of workers residing in the camp, including check-in, check-out, room allocation, and occupancy.
- Ensure adequate availability of beds, mattresses, drinking water, electricity, and other essential facilities.
- Coordinate with housekeeping staff, cooks, security personnel, and maintenance teams.
- Monitor and control the consumption of food supplies, cleaning materials, and other camp-related materials.
- Maintain records of camp expenses, purchases, stock, complaints, and maintenance requirements.
- Ensure compliance with camp safety, fire safety, hygiene, and applicable labour accommodation requirements.
- Report maintenance issues, worker grievances, emergencies, and disciplinary matters to the reporting manager.
- Ensure that all residents follow camp rules, discipline, cleanliness standards, and company policies.
- Coordinate with the site administration team for worker requirements, transport arrangements, and other camp-related activities.
- Conduct regular inspections of accommodation, washrooms, kitchens, drainage,



and common areas.
- Ensure timely reporting of incidents, accidents, equipment damage, and any unauthorized activities within the camp.
- Perform other camp administration duties assigned by the Project Manager or management.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in labour camp management, construction site administration, facility management, or a similar role.
- Minimum 10th / 12th pass; preference for candidates with relevant administrative or hospitality training.
- Prior experience managing accommodation for a large workforce at a construction project site is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of housekeeping, sanitation, inventory management, and expense tracking.
- Basic computer knowledge and the ability to maintain registers and daily reports will be an advantage.

- Clean, hygienic, and well-maintained camp premises.
- Timely resolution of camp-related complaints and maintenance issues.
- Proper maintenance of occupancy, stock, expense, and inspection records.
- Effective control of camp expenses and wastage.
- Compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and accommodation standards.

Note: The Camp Boss shall carry out all duties assigned by the Project Manager or authorized management representatives in the interest of smooth camp operations and workforce welfare.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
