Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior MIS Executive to manage reporting, analyze business data, and support management in decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong MS Excel skills, analytical abilities, and experience in preparing MIS reports, preferably in the retail or lifestyle industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Track and analyze sales, inventory, store performance, and operational data.
- Identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement through data analysis.
- Create and maintain Excel-based reports, dashboards, and trackers.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.
- Coordinate with different departments and stores to collect and validate data.
- Support management with data-driven insights and performance reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and operational efficiency.
- Participate in virtual meetings and coordinate with teams through Google Meet.

Required Skills

- Advanced MS Excel: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP,



SUMIFS, data analysis, dashboards, and MIS reporting.
- Google Meet: Comfortable attending and coordinating virtual meetings with management and team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Positive understanding of MIS reporting and data management.
- Retail/lifestyle industry experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Softcall and Genesis software will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Minimum 5 years of relevant MIS experience.
- Strong command of MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling large volumes of data.
- Able to provide accurate reports and meaningful insights to management.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
